PresMed announces partnership with Canberra Microsurgery 

Co-Founder and Managing Director Marc Resnik is pleased to announce that PresMed Australia has acquired and partnered with Canberra Microsurgery (“CMS”).

CMS is one of the top Day Hospitals in the ACT, operating a state-of-the-art four theatre Ophthalmic Day Hospital in Canberra. For the past 10 years, CMS have focused on providing excellent and compassionate patient care which aligns with PresMed’s vision and values. 

Marc Resnik says “We are incredibly excited about this opportunity as it supports PresMed’s mission to deliver leading healthcare services all across Australia”.

With the addition of CMS, PresMed now operates eight day hospitals in three states and territories, further complementing the existing facilities at Chatswood Private Hospital, Epping Surgery Centre, Central Coast Day Hospital, Madison Day Surgery, MetWest Surgical, Devonport Eye Hospital and Sydney Pain Day Surgery. 

Now with over 160 accredited Surgeons and more than 200 staff across the Group, PresMed will continue to be recognised as leaders in the Day Hospital industry, with a continued commitment to surgical excellence, exceptional patient care, and an environment where the best patient outcomes can be achieved.
